The Marathon 70 provides the ultimate in head safety with their SafeCell Technology, integrated steel bars, and Versa-Tether that work together to minimize the chance of injury. Our Review: We think the Britax Marathon 70 is hands down the best car seat out there. We use this seat for all of our own kids if that says anything. My wife picked it because it is designed with so many features to protect your child in case of car accident. As far as she is concerned, price does not matter when it comes to your kids so you only get the best regardless of cost. Beyond being safe, this seat is packed with convenience features and is by far the easiest seat I have had to buckle my kids into. I hate traveling because most of our relatives have cheaper seats which first are short on safety and second are much harder to get your kids in and out of. Other cool features like the removal cover without having to remove the seat is awesome. This seat might be expensive but can be used from birth until they reach 70 pounds – which means it is really a complete seat option. The quick adjusting no rethreading harness system to ensure a proper fit makes it super easy to reposition when you need to move the seat. I wouldn’t use any other seat!
